Here’s a few music reviews on: “I Promise”
If you ever leave... The lyrics here talk about how the lead singer will really miss this lady " if you ever leave, if you ever go" which is the hook. A big acoustic piano kicks this one off over a medium slow groove. It's an emotional tune and well sung.

enjoyable Soulful piano opens this song. Slow jam beat kicks in and vocals are sung with a lot of feeling. Nice effects and backup singers add some thoughtful additions to the overall feel. Memorable lyrics and a nice melody with good production. Great job! Paris, Arkansas on 19May2006
